Push notification Activation patch hits cydia around two weeks ago. This patch was nicely packaged by iPhoneIL and released by iPhone Dev Team into Cydia. This allows people on unlock and jailbroken 2G iPhone to have push notification enabled on there Phones. There is however one major issue, has soon as you download any application with push notification from the App store, your iphone wont be able to recieve calls.

I have experienced this personally. I dont know if this happens because Apple is smart or there’s a bug with the Push fix patch. However, when you do remove the application you’ve downloaded from the App store, everthing is back to normal.
